If you are interested in a TNT, Inc. managed home, we suggest that you drive by, preview the exterior of the properties, and get a feel for the neighborhood. Then, simply call our office or stop by to inform us that you are interested in viewing the interior of the properties you have chosen. Many homes are available for same day viewing, however re-keyed and/or currently occupied (some residents may not wish to be disturbed during their move) units require a viewing appointment with an Agent.

MAINTENANCE EMERGENCY PHONE:
Call (928) 445-8000 press 2 for afterhours emergencies. Please leave a message with you name, phone number, EMERGENCY and property address. We will return your call as soon as possible.
Emergencies consist of Flooding, Fire, or Heating and Cooling. In an emergency situation we do have permission to enter within 24 hours of you contacting our office.
PLEASE NOTE:
If the property is found unsecured, we will secure the property before leaving.
If we find minor children home alone or pets uncontained, we will not enter the property and you will be charged a minimum trip charge of $50.00.
If there is nothing mechanically wrong or if the issues appears to be resident induced, you will be charged a minimum of $50.00 for the trip and could be charged for the repair. (In the case of a clogged drain you do have the right to call and pay for your own plumber.

Q: How can I view a property or set up an appointment to see a property?
A: To view a property, we will require a completed
Property Viewing Application, two (2) forms of ID, and a refundable key deposit of $20.00 per key (only if checking out a key and no Agent is required). Deposits may be paid in cash, check or debit/credit card and will be returned when the key is returned.
Many homes are available for same day viewing, however re-keyed and/or currently occupied (some residents may not wish to be disturbed during their move) units require a viewing appointment with an Agent. If you wish to schedule an appointment we ask that you complete the steps above and we can schedule an appointment with you once we have the information on file.

Rental Application Requirements
Q: Why was I charged a late fee?
A: Your rent is due on the first (1st) of the month. We allow a grace period of three (3) days. On the Fourth (4th) day your account is accessed a fee of 1% of your rent before tax. You are now able to pay your rent online. Please download the PDF Resident Schedule of Rates and Fees for a list of general rates and/or fees which could be assessed during tenancy.
Q: How do I update my contact information?
A: To update your new contact information you can print out our Resident Information Update form and email, fax, mail, or drop it off at our office. To update your email address, please fill out our Consent to E-Delivery and email, fax, mail, or drop it off at our office.
Q: What is proper notice of intent to move out?
A: We require that you give our office a minimum of 30 days notice before you move out. Please print out our Notice of Intent to Vacate form and email, fax, mail, or drop it off at our office. If you give less than 30 days notice, you will be charged a minimum of 30 days or until the end of your lease, whichever is greater. Please also fill out our Permission to Show Property form and return it with your Notice of Intent to Vacate Form.
