Maintenance Technician:
TNT, Inc. is looking for a Maintenance Technician!
Basic home maintenance knowledge in Plumbing (installing faucets and repairing toilets), Electric (resetting breakers and installing ceiling fans), Carpentry (repairs to cabinetry and framing doors), Paint and Drywall repairs (nail holes and cutouts), Drip Systems (setting timers and winterizing systems), and Lighting Gas Appliances are required.
Also needed:
Ability to diagnose problems and determine the most efficient way to repair them.
Good customer relation skills when interacting with others
Ability to write legibly.
Basic Computer knowledge and ability to take and send pictures.
Attention to detail with ability to observe and report discrepancies.
Cleanliness when on the job.
